What we collect
When you request a trial or subscribe, we collect your name, email, optional WhatsApp contact, device and lineup choices, and any optional note or payment confirmation ID you leave. For subscribe requests we also collect plan length, TV count, and payment method. Lead notification emails may include your visitor IP for fraud and support context.
How we use it
We use that information to set up your trial, activate paid service, and provide support. Email is required so we can reach you. WhatsApp is optional for faster replies and ongoing support.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
