Trial
New customers can request a free 24-hour trial. Submit with your email. We follow up within 6 hours by email, or on WhatsApp if you left a number.
Paid plan
Published pricing: $100 CAD per year for the first device. Extra devices are $40 CAD per year each, up to two extras (three devices total) on the public plan. Four or more TVs: message us and we'll make it make sense.
Payment
Canada: Interac e-Transfer to pay@maplestreamz.com. International: PayPal at paypal.me/maplestreamz. Leave the payment message blank and send only the confirmation ID through the form, email, or WhatsApp. After payment is confirmed, we activate service and follow up within 6 hours.
Service
Channel lineups can change. There is no long contract. Cancel via Contact us on the site, or WhatsApp. Existing customers can choose Support on the contact form.
Refunds
The trial is free. If we can't get a paid plan working after a good-faith setup attempt, message us and we'll make it right. Once service is active and working, yearly plans are otherwise non-refundable.
